Service Updates and Outages

This page is used to inform our users on the status of the services we provide at the College of Visual Arts and Design and systems hosted elsewhere that are used by our faculty, staff and students.

Microsoft Teams: Online Service Desk

This service is used by CVAD faculty, staff and students to receive direct, and immediate assistance with any issue they are having on campus.

Service is UP

This service is currently available and there are no reported issues.

Guacamole

The Mac side of the UNT Online Computer Lab is powered by Apache Guacamole. The service is accesible through the main landing page for MyLab (mylab.unt.edu) but can be reached directly through the Guacamole portal (guacamole.unt.edu).

Service is DOWN

This service is currently under maintenance in prepartion for the spring semster. While services may be available during this period, be aware that is not currently in production so access may not be consistently available until January 16th, 2023.

Booked Scheduler

This service is used by CVAD faculty, staff and students to reserve rooms and equipment that is physically available in the college. The service is accessible through the main portal (booked.cvad.unt.edu).

Service is DOWN

This service is being updated for the Spring 2023 Semester. It will be available on January 16th.

Webcheckout

This service is used by CVAD faculty, staff and students to reserve equipment that is available through the college for checkout. The service is accessible through the main portal (checkout.unt.edu).
