The College of Visual Arts and Design is committed to providing students with the latest technology required to succeed in a creative, artistic profession. These computer classrooms, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Art Building, offer state-of-the-art technology and the most current software applications.

Classroom Technology

All of the conference rooms, meeting spaces, and classrooms in the Art Building have a variety of technology for your use, including computer stations, projectors, high-definition televisions, and screen-sharing devices. CVAD IT Services also have a wide range of equipment available for checkout by current CVAD students, faculty, and staff. If you need a piece of equipment that is not available, we will work with you to get it purchased. For a list of what technology is available in each room, please see Classroom Technology.

Computer Classrooms

There are three computer classrooms available in the Art building. Faculty may reserve a classroom for their class. For more details, please see Computer Classrooms.

Classroom on Wheels

CVAD has three laptop carts available for reservation and checkout by all CVAD instructors. The laptops in the cart are Mac-only (Windows is not installed). All of the software available on the classroom computers is also installed on the laptops. For more information, please see Classrooms on Wheels.
